Love Foods is an umami-driven food company with a scientific soul. We create fermented, living, enzyme-rich foods powered by Koji—unlocking flavors, textures, and nutritional depth that conventional food systems have forgotten.
Love Foods is years in the making. From small ideas and humble beginnings starting at a French brewery in the Rockies, to farms in southern Maine, now Salem Oregon. We have a passion and love for innovative business that is synergistic with our dynamic lives. Our love for fungus birthed a small microbiology lab that fed our passion for a greater understanding of food and ourselves.
We are explorers of the microbial world, driven by a deep passion for creating better food—not just tastier food, but food that does more. Food that nourishes the body, sharpens the mind, and elevates the everyday act of eating into something meaningful.
