How to Request a Refund/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@lovefoods.co within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  3. Provide details about the issue, including order number and photos if applicable.
  4. Please be sure to include photographs of your incorrect or damaged product. 
  5. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  6. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

What's Not Covered in Our Refund Process

To keep our prices fair for everyone, we can't offer refunds for:

  • Flavor preferences - Personal taste preferences or disliking a product's flavor. For example, saying something is "too salty" or "too spicy" is NOT sufficient reason for a refund. 
  • Not reading descriptions - We detail all ingredients and flavor profiles to help you choose
  • Delivery issues outside our control - Wrong addresses, stolen packages, or delays in refrigeration after delivery
  • Requests after 48 hours - Unless there are exceptional circumstances

About Returns & Replacements

Perishable Products: Because our foods are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. This helps us maintain food safety standards and keep costs down for our community.

Replacements: If we need to send a replacement, we'll ask you to cover shipping to ensure fairness to all our customers.

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.
