They do not contain dairy, gluten, or tree nuts.

What allergens are in your cheese?

Soy.

SHELF-LIFE & STORAGE

How should I store my cheese?

You can store the chèvre in the pantry or fridge. Ensure the lid is closed tightly after opening. We recommend consuming the cheese within 6 months.

Is every cheese you make shelf stable?

All soy chèvre are shelf stable for up to 6 months. Other cheeses should be refrigerated.

 

SHIPPING

How quickly will my order ship?

We prepare and ship most orders within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing may take up to 10 business days. We'll always send you a tracking number once your order ships.

Every order ships directly from our production facility in Salem, Oregon. Here's everything you need to know about getting your artisan cheese delivered.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box? 

No due some products being perishable.

What if something goes wrong?

Why does your cheese cost more than other dairy or vegan cheeses? 

We create gourmet living food using koji (aspergillus oryzae). The process to create any of our food is delicate, scientific, and requires weeks or months to properly culture and age.

We use recyclable or reusable packaging whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.

We are committed to building a zero waste facility and will constantly pass our efficiency gains and savings on to our customers.
